Prioritize Your Health

Above all things, take proper care of yourself when starting over. Understand and identify your self-worth and help yourself grow physically, spiritually, socially, and financially. Take care of your personal health. Take care of your body’s fitness. Prioritize mental and physical health above all things and stay away from things that bring negativity.

Manage One Hour At A Time

As a single mom starting over, you need to learn to take one step at a time. Manage one hour at a time. Solve one issue at a time. Do not give room for depression. Or excessive stress while starting over.

Learn to love yourself for who you are. Appreciate yourself for the hurdles you have solved. And for the solutions, you have thought of. Loving yourself would help you worry less about your past mistakes and regrets and help you see yourself in a new light.

Think Positively About The Future

Learn to think positively about what the future holds. Make plans for the future and be optimistic about it.

Conclusion

For single moms starting over low income and in order to enjoy motherhood successfully or survive single parenting try:

Working as a team with your child. Map out plans of things that are important and that are not important. Things you would avoid spending on and you won’t. The Dos and Don’ts you would or won’t tolerate. Making these plans with your child makes parenting easier and less stressful.

Giving yourself time and grace. Don’t be too hard on yourself. We tend to be hard on ourselves when we set self-goals and we couldn’t achieve it at a specific time. You need to learn to give yourself more time. Give yourself grace and breaks. You can definitely achieve it but you need time to let it work out.

Focus on quality time with your child. Let’s take time out for ourselves and our child. Build a relationship with your child that helps you understand what your child needs just by staring at him or her. Or telling what challenges they are facing in the world of their own. Aside from providing financially for your child, they also provide moral support and parental guidance. Children tend to do well academically when they have the support and guidance of their parents.

Say yes to support. You won’t always be available. Accept support from family, friends or neighbors to help provide care for the child while away. Accept financial help from relatives but don’t depend on it. You should know when to say no and when to say yes to support.

Make Friends

Keep friends that help you stay positive. Make friends with people that give advice and encourage you to be the best version of yourself.

Lean On Existing Friends/Family

Rely on existing friends and family for support while starting over. Let your family guide you and support you in your newfound self.

Be Kind To Yourself

Learn to love yourself for who you are. Appreciate yourself for the hurdles you have solved. And for the solutions, you have thought of. Loving yourself would help you worry less about your past mistakes and regrets and help you see yourself in a new light.

Think Positively About The Future

Learn to think positively about what the future holds. Make plans for the future and be optimistic about it.

Conclusion

In order to enjoy motherhood successfully or survive single parenting try:

As a single mom, networking can sometimes help you survive financially and help you see great business ideas and grant opportunities, all you have to do is stay connected. Networking involves a group of people with the same interests, business ideas, or innovative skills meeting each other and creating job opportunities and job ideas. So as a single mom make sure to interact with people having similar ideas or sharing the same interests as you.

6 Ways To Survive Financially As A Single Mom?

As a single mom, you always want to do all it takes to keep your kid happy and then you have other things to handle financially, so you tend to struggle financially, the following are ways you can survive financially as a single mom:

Get To Know Your Money

Make Smart Money Decisions

Being Intentional About Your Spending

Don’t Rely On Child Support:

Start A Side Hustle

Plan Ahead

Get To Know Your Money

Like every economist would do, you should learn how to handle your finances. Know how your money is coming in and going out. By doing so, you can tell how much you are earning, how much is coming in and what you are spending on a daily basis, how much is going out.

Make Smart Money Decisions

Make smart money decisions by buying what is necessary and cutting down on things that are not required at the moment. And not saying you should live cheaply or not spend your income, all I am saying is to spend wisely and be modest in whatever you are doing, you can have unplanned expenses to save for the rainy day.

Being Intentional About Your Spending

Just like a woman would spend and buy everything she sets her eyes on when she goes to the market without a planned list, the same applies to someone who is not intentional about her spending. Spend wisely. Set your priorities right, make your decision about what you need for the month, and stick to it.

Don’t Rely On Child Support

It doesn’t matter if your kid’s father provides everything he or she needs. Try not to rely on that support, make your own income, and also assist in bringing up your child.

Start A Side Hustle

Like most people would do to have an additional income aside from the main source, you can set up a side hustle you do after work hours or when you are on holiday.

Plan Ahead

Plan ahead of the future, be intentional about your dreams and goals and set them right. If you want your child to be in the institution in the next two years, plan for the fees and the necessary registration fee. If you want to move into your own house all you have to do is plan ahead and start saving now.

To be a single mom with no help is a bit difficult. You would have to face a few challenges like prioritizing your health and well-being, taking responsibility, saying goodbye to guilt, facing work-life challenges, emotional challenges, financial strains, family criticism, and all. Here are a few ways you can survive as a single mom.

How Can A Single Mom Survive Without Help?

You can be a single mom without no help by:

Believing In Yourself

Take Parenting Classes

Fight Loneliness

Learn To Say No

Maintain A Blameless Mindset

Nurture And Set Goals For Yourself :

Prioritize Your Health And Well-being

Ask For Help If You Need It

Build A Support System

Take Parenting Classes

Take parenting classes if you have to, it would help you improve on aspects you are not used to, or those things you are finding difficult.

Try as much as possible to fight loneliness in order to not get into depression, be your usual self, and change your previous circle of friends if you have to.

Learn To Say No

You do not have to give your child everything he or she asks for, learn to say no at times. It would help build the child to realize that he or she can’t have everything they want aside from things that are important.

Maintain A Blameless Mindset

Do not blame yourself for a thing that has already happened, try to look at the positive side and be happy you have your child.

Single parenting should not stop you from setting and achieving your dreams and goals in life rather it should make you more focused and determined.

Prioritize Your Health And Well-being

Make your personal care and well-being important, and take proper care of your physical and mental health. Stay away from anything or anyone that would affect your physical or mental health.

Ask For Help If You Need It

Don’t be ashamed to ask for help when you need it, we all need help at some phase in our lives, just make sure you ask from trusted families and friends.

Build A Support System

Join communities, and groups that would help you in achieving your purpose and dreams, and also keep you spiritually connected.

What Is The Hardest Thing About Being A Single Mom?

Single mothers face a lot of challenges, the major ones are :

Sense Of Loneliness

Lack Of Financial Support

Child-bearing

Time

Sense Of Loneliness

Not having someone to share both the good and bad experiences, no one to tell how your day went or how you were happy about a deal, or ask what cloth and shoes you should wear for a particular place or event. Hence, they feel lonely.

Lack Of Financial Support

Not having a helping hand in the financial responsibility of the kids, having to provide for the kids all by yourself, and also taking care of shelter, clothing, good food, and all.

Child-bearing

Going through the childbearing stage (Prenatal, Perinatal, and Postnatal) all along can also be a difficult phase, at this point help and care from one’s partner makes it easier. Also training a child all alone is also trying to balance between being a caring parent and a disciplined parent just to get your kid to learn.

Time

Single parents are always juggling between work, family, personal goals, and kids so they hardly have enough time.

How Do I Motivate Myself As A Single Mom?

Single parenting is not an easy task, you would have criticism from family members to bear, and disagreement from other parents to handle. Here are some tips to help you stay motivated.

Don’t Be Hard On Yourself

Exercise

Think About Your Long Term Goal

Congratulate Yourself

Maintain A Journal

Don’t Be Hard On Yourself

Don’t compare yourself to other parents; there is no perfect parent. Try to be who you want to be, your child is not eating as other children do not rush the child, everyone acts according to their own pace.

Exercise

Exercising frequently would help you get over physical stress. You don’t necessarily have to register with a gym class, you can just watch online.

Think About Your Long Term Goal

Thinking about your long-term goal would help you stay focused on achieving it. Don’t get discouraged.

Congratulate Yourself

Celebrate your small and big achievements, even though it’s a small contract, your child graduating from elementary school, or your child learning how to read and write, you need to congratulate yourself on every achievement you make. It doesn’t have to be a big party, it could be buying yourself a pen, or treating yourself to dinner or lunch.

Maintain A Journal

Maintain a journal that contains your short-term and long-term goals, and your day-to-day activities. Your journal should include your physical, financial, spiritual, and mental growth.

What Do Single Moms Worry About?

Single moms are often worried about lack of financial assistance, money, time, and child-rearing. The first three are never enough and the last one is more than enough.

Lack Of Financial Assistance

Money

Time

Child Rearing

Lack Of Financial Assistance

There is rarely anyone that would be willing to help with some financial aspects and if there is financial assistance it is really not enough. So single parents are often left to cater to their family finances alone.

Money

One of the issues faced by single parents is often money problems, worrying about how to get enough money to take care of their family, kid, and themselves.

Time

Single parents usually don’t have enough time, they work round the clock to make enough money and at times don’t get to see their kids till the close of work for the day. They have no time for family functions. They are always busy trying to make ends meet.

Child Rearing

Single parents often feel they don’t do enough in raising their kids, they feel their kids do not have enough or lack one thing or the other. While most kids are well-trained, some are being pampered due to single parenting.

Why Do I Feel So Lonely As A Single Mom?

Loneliness is usually felt after being separated from one relationship, in single parenting you also feel lonely due to the following reasons:

No Adult Interaction

No Time For Self-Discovery

No Time For Self-Discovery

Child Custody

No Adult Interaction

If you are used to being in a relationship or marriage and having conversations with one another before being a single parent you would definitely feel lonely. At times you would crave those past memories, companionship, and all, you would wish you had someone to share everything with.

No Time For Self-Discovery

When you do not have time to discover yourself, to do those things you did or you have done like putting on a particular cloth, going to a particular event, visiting a resort center, or going on vacations but can’t see yourself doing it due to the fact that you are now a parent.

No Support System

At times when you are not in a group that recognizes and accepts you the way you are without criticizing you and also helping you grow, you tend to forget about all your problems and you see yourself with a positive mindset. So not having a support system ( a group of like-minded individuals) can make one feel lonely.

Child Custody

A single mom can be lonely when you often have to share the custody of your child between you and your co-parent.

Conclusion

Single parenting might not be easy but you can make it interesting and less difficult if you try the following ways.

Try suggesting a swap arrangement with another parent, a process where you have to take care of their child and they take care of yours for the weekend. It would help you see your lapse as a parent as well as help your child realize your worth as their parent. Most kids feel you do not give them enough so the swapping arrangement might just be a way to correct that notion.

Accept help from parents, grandparents, or relatives who would be willing to lend a helping hand in babysitting or dropping the child off at school, and accept all the help you can get. It would make parenting easier for you.

You can also suggest a regular babysitting center or daycare center that is efficient enough to take care of your kid.

Ask friends, and families if they would be willing to allow your kid to pass the night or visit for weekends if you had got work unattended to.

Create a good relationship with your child. It is often good for parents to have a personal relationship with their kids. It helps you determine or discover if they are facing any challenges or if something went wrong at school or in the daycare. Make sure you do not scare your kid away and listen to the smallest complaints they might have so they can trust you to tell you whatever is happening in their life.

Set boundaries also as a single parent in order for your child to be disciplined. Give punishment when necessary, assign tasks to them, and let them be responsible for washing the dishes or clearing the dishes at home after a meal, washing their socks, or polishing their shoes after school.

Being a single mom can certainly be difficult, but it does not necessarily lead to depression and anger. The truth is that being a single mom can be a very rewarding experience, and can bring a lot of joy as well. It’s important to remember that while parenting can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding.

That said, it is true that single motherhood can come with its own unique set of challenges. For example, single mothers may find themselves shouldering a much larger burden of parenting responsibilities than parents in dual-parent households. This can lead to increased stress, and may also leave single moms feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. In addition, single moms often have to manage the financial and logistical aspects of parenting on their own, which can be a daunting task.

However, depression and anger are not inherent to single motherhood. For example, many single moms are able to remain positive and resilient in the face of adversity. This is often due to a strong support system, such as family, friends, and even a church or other religious organization. Having a reliable support system can be invaluable for single mothers, as it can provide emotional and practical support.

It is also important to remember that it’s OK to ask for help. Seeking help from a qualified mental health professional can be a great way to manage stress and cope with any feelings of depression or anger. Additionally, there are many resources available for single mothers, such as support groups and government benefits.

Overall, being a single mom can indeed be difficult, but it can also bring great joy and fulfillment. It’s important to remember to take care of yourself, seek help when needed, and build a strong support system. Doing so can help single moms manage the unique challenges they may face, while still enjoying the rewards of parenting.

What Are The Effects Of Being A Single Mom?

Being a single mom can be a challenging experience, yet it can be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. Single motherhood has become increasingly commonplace in recent years, with many women embracing the opportunity to raise their children on their own. While there are certain difficulties that come with being a single mom, there are also many positive effects that can be experienced.

One of the most obvious effects of being a single mom is the increased responsibility that comes with it. Single mothers are often solely responsible for providing for their children in terms of finances, emotional support, and guidance. This can be a heavy burden to bear, but it can also be a rewarding experience as single moms can provide a unique sense of security and stability for their children. Single moms may also find that they have more time to spend with their children, as they are the primary caretaker.

Being a single mom can also be an empowering experience. Women who become single mothers often find themselves feeling a newfound sense of strength and self-sufficiency. Many single moms take pride in their ability to provide for their children and create a safe and secure environment for them. This sense of empowerment can provide single mothers with the motivation to pursue their goals and dreams.

Being a single mom can also have a positive effect on relationships. Women who become single mothers often find that they are better able to relate to their children and form deeper, more meaningful connections with them. This greater understanding and connection can help to build stronger and more lasting relationships between mothers and their children.

Finally, being a single mom can be an incredible source of personal growth and development. Single moms are often forced to be creative, resourceful, and resilient in order to provide for their children. This can result in single moms developing new skills, learning how to problem solve, and becoming more independent.

In conclusion, being a single mom can be a difficult experience, but it can also be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. Single mothers often find themselves taking on increased responsibility, feeling empowered, forming stronger relationships with their children, and developing new skills. Ultimately, single motherhood can be an incredibly rewarding experience that can have many positive effects.

How To Cope As A Single Mom?

Coping as a single person can be a challenge for many people. It can be difficult to adjust to a new lifestyle and manage the emotions associated with being single. However, it is important to remember that being single is a perfectly normal and valid life choice.

The first step to successfully coping as a single person is to accept that it is okay to be single. This means accepting that being single is a valid and healthy lifestyle choice and that it is okay to be alone. It is important to remember that not everyone is meant to be in a romantic relationship and that it is perfectly normal to be single.

The next step is to focus on yourself and your own needs. As a single person, it is important to take time to focus on yourself and to do things that make you happy. This could mean taking time to pursue your passions and interests or taking time to relax and take care of yourself. It is also important to stay connected with friends and family, as having a strong support system is important for a single person.

It is also important to set boundaries and not be afraid to say no. As a single person, it is important to remember that you are not obligated to do anything that you do not want to do. Boundaries are important for a single person, and it is important to be able to say no to things that make you uncomfortable or that you do not want to do.

Finally, it is important to focus on the positives of being single. Being single can open up a lot of opportunities and freedom, such as the opportunity to take risks and try new things. It is also important to remember that being single does not mean that you are alone, and it is possible to find meaningful connections with friends and family.

In conclusion, coping as a single person can be a challenge, but it is possible to successfully navigate this lifestyle. It is important to accept that it is okay to be single, to focus on yourself, to set boundaries, and to focus on the positives of being single. With a positive mindset, it is possible to successfully cope as a single person.

What Are The Negative Effects Of Being A Single Parent?

Single parents often struggle with feelings of isolation. Without a partner, it can be harder to find emotional support and companionship. Being a single parent can feel like a never-ending cycle of work and responsibility, leaving little time for self-care or social activities.

They may experience financial hardship. Without another adult in the household, it can be difficult to make ends meet. Even if the single parent is employed, they may still struggle to provide for the child’s needs or even struggle with managing the demands of parenting alone. Raising a child without a partner can be very stressful and overwhelming. Single parents have to take on all the responsibilities of parenting, from providing financially to taking care of the child’s physical and mental health.

They also do not have access to the same resources as two-parent households. This can make it more difficult for single parents to provide a stable home environment for their children. Single parents may lack the financial resources to provide their children with the same level of activities, education, and other opportunities as two-parent households.

In conclusion, single parents may struggle to find a work-life balance. Without a partner to share parenting responsibilities, it can be difficult for single parents to find the time to pursue their own interests or spend quality time with their children.

Being a single parent is a challenging job, and it’s important to acknowledge the potential negative effects of this role. It’s important for single parents to be mindful of their own needs and to seek out support when necessary. It is also important to find ways to make time for yourself and your children so that you can both benefit from the joys of parenting.

Starting out without help as a single mom can be intimidating, especially if you don’t have a support system in place. However, it is possible to start out on your own and build a successful life for yourself and your children.

Here are some tips for single moms who are starting out without help:

Create a budget and stick to it

Find support from non-profit organizations

Look for work-related support

Build a support network

Take care of yourself

Create a budget and stick to it

It’s important to be financially savvy when you’re a single mom. Make a budget that includes all of your necessary expenses, such as rent, utilities, food, and childcare. Look for ways to cut costs, such as shopping for groceries at discount stores or cooking at home instead of eating out. Sticking to a budget will help you avoid overspending and get a handle on your finances.

Find support from non-profit organizations

If you’re struggling financially, there are Non-government assistance programs and even some religious-based programs that can help. These programs can provide financial support to help you cover your basic needs, such as housing, food, and healthcare.

Read Also: How Long Does It Take To Get Over A 4 Years Relationship?

There are also non-profit organizations and charities that provide support to single moms. These organizations may offer a range of services, such as financial assistance, counseling, and educational resources. Some examples include Single Parent Advocate, Single Mothers Outreach, and the National Single Parent Resource Center.

Look for work-related support

Many employers are willing to accommodate the needs of working parents, and there may be programs or resources available through your work to help you balance your job and family responsibilities. Consider talking to your employer about flexible work arrangements or childcare assistance.

Build a support network

It’s important to have a network of people you can rely on for support and advice. This might include friends, family members, or even neighbors who are willing to lend a hand. You might also consider joining a local support group for single moms, which can provide a sense of community and give you the opportunity to connect with others who are in similar situations.

Take care of yourself

As a single mom, it’s easy to get caught up in the demands of caring for your family and forget about your own needs. However, it’s important to prioritize self-care in order to be able to effectively care for your children. Make time for activities that nourish you, such as exercise, hobbies, or spending time with friends.

What Should I Do If I Am A Single Mom?

It is no small feat to be a single mom but one of the keys to being a successful single mother is to create a support network. This might include friends, family members, or neighbors who are willing to lend a hand. It could be something as simple as asking for help with grocery shopping or picking up the kids from school. You might also consider joining a local support group for single mothers, which can provide a sense of community and give you the opportunity to connect with others who are in similar situations.

Another important aspect of being a single mother is to stay organized and manage your time effectively. This might mean creating a schedule or routine to help you stay on top of your responsibilities, or finding ways to streamline your household tasks. It can also be helpful to set aside time for self-care and make sure you’re taking care of your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

With a positive attitude and a strong support system, it is possible to thrive as a single mom and be a great role model for your children.

One key aspect of being a great single mom is taking care of yourself. It can be tempting to put your own needs on the back burner, but it’s important to remember that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Make time for self-care, whether it’s through exercise, hobbies, or just taking a few minutes to relax and unwind. This will help you stay energized and centered, and better able to handle the demands of parenting and other responsibilities.

Effective communication is also crucial for single moms. This includes being open and honest with your children about your feelings, boundaries, and expectations. It’s important to listen to your children and encourage open dialogue because this helps to foster trust and understanding within your family. In addition, good communication with your ex-partner (if applicable) is essential for co-parenting effectively and reducing conflict. This may involve setting ground rules and boundaries and finding ways to work together for the benefit of your children.

Another thing you can do as a single mom is be organized and manage your time effectively. This may involve creating a schedule, setting priorities, and delegating tasks when necessary. It’s important to be flexible and adaptable, as single parenting often involves unexpected challenges and last-minute changes. By staying organized and on top of your responsibilities, you can help to reduce stress and create a sense of stability for your family.

Ultimately, being a great single mom is about being there for your children and providing them with the love, support, and guidance they need to grow and thrive. This may involve making sacrifices and putting your own needs aside at times, but the rewards of being a strong, loving parent are immeasurable. With dedication, hard work, and a positive attitude, it is possible to be a great single mom and provide your children with the stable, loving home they deserve.

How Can A Single Mom Stop Loneliness

Loneliness can be a common challenge for single moms, especially if they’re feeling isolated and disconnected from others but it’s important to remember that you don’t have to face it alone. There are steps you can take to combat loneliness and build a sense of community and connection, such as seeking out support groups, volunteering or getting involved in your community, taking up a hobby or activity, reaching out to friends and family, and seeking professional help if needed.

However, there are steps you can take to combat loneliness and build a sense of community and connection.

Join support groups

Get involved in your community

Take up a skill or activity

Reach out to friends and family

Seek professional help

Join support groups

Joining a support group for single moms can be a great way to connect with others who are in similar situations. These groups can provide a sense of community and give you the opportunity to share your experiences and offer support to one another. Many communities have local support groups, or you can find online groups through social media or websites like Meetup.com.

Get involved in your community

Volunteering or getting involved in your community can be a great way to meet new people and build connections. Consider finding a cause that you’re passionate about and looking for ways to get involved, whether it’s through volunteering your time or joining a local organization or club.

Take up a skill or activity

Engaging in activities that you enjoy can be a great way to meet new people and build connections. Consider taking up a hobby or joining a club or organization that aligns with your interests. This can be a great way to find like-minded people and build friendships.

Reach out to friends and family

Don’t be afraid to reach out to your existing network of friends and family for support. Even if you can’t see them in person, you can still stay connected through phone calls, texts, or video chats.

Seek professional help

If you’re struggling with feelings of loneliness and it’s affecting your well-being, it may be helpful to seek professional help. A therapist or counselor can provide emotional support and guidance, and they can also help you develop coping strategies to manage feelings of loneliness.

Final Words

In conclusion, starting out without help as a single mom can be intimidating, but it is possible to build a successful life for yourself and your children. By creating a budget, seeking out government assistance, finding support from non-profit organizations, looking for work-related support, building a support network, and taking care of yourself, you can navigate the challenges of single motherhood and create a fulfilling and happy life for yourself and your family.

Self-discipline is the ability to control yourself and make yourself work hard or behave in a particular way without needing anyone else to tell you what to do.

1. Acknowledge your weakness: You need to first acknowledge that there is an issue, it could be an habit or addiction.

2. Set realistic plans: You can’t choose to be self disciplined by mouth, you have to work it out and it requires hardwork. Set out plans on how you want to overcome the habit or addiction. Example: Stay off social media for 6 hours.

3. Resist the temptation when it comes: yours could be that you don’t want to buy on credit again. This means that when anyone tells you to take something and pay later, resist the urge to take it and move on. A decision on not taking Soda for a month requires commitment.

4. Focus on long time effects: Always remember the long term result of what you are doing now: focus on the positive results you would be getting from being self disciplined. Don’t think short term, think long term.

5. Have accountability partners: it would be a good idea if you have someone you are accountable to. This person is able to monitor your progress. This will increase self discipline

Don’t forget to try out these steps today, remember it’s a gradual process. Give it time.

As a mom when your kids disobey you want to discipline them so as to avert further occurrences.

As the scripture teaches, `Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. ‘ (Prov. 22:6.)

Raising a godly child in this time and age requires grace because they are being exposed to a lot that you aren’t even aware of.

If a child is wrong before you discipline them let them know why, ensure they are aware of what they have done wrong if not the beating or punishment means nothing to them as they will still repeat the same act again.

The negative effects of beating your kids:

1.Most children even develop a stony heart and are never remorseful when they commit an offence because as a parent you haven’t explained the reason behind your actions to them.

2. Unnecessary beating can also allow the child keep to himself therefore even becoming more violent in the home.

3. When you beat or over punish a child anger becomes a part of them because most of them are angry about what you are doing but won’t be able to express themselves. They later turn out to be vagabonds.

4. The children develop a low self esteem. They constantly feel unloved or unworthy, learn to always correct out of love.

There should be a balance when it comes to disciplining a child.

Burnout is defined as the experience of long exhaustion caused by overwork or stress.

Having to juggle life, career, motherhood as a single mom isn’t easy, it is exhausting and

it’s not healthy for you and the kids.

Here are a few guides to controlling burnouts:

1. Know what makes you stressed out:

You have to identify the things that easily stress you, it could be your career, lack of funds, bills,

societal pressures etc after identifying the cause of the stress, look for solutions.

You don’t have to come with answers to your stress in a day, you can take it one step at a time.

2. Have a constant routine:

Having a schedule helps you getting unnecessarily tired or worked up. You don’t have to worry about what next to do.

Setup a plan and put reminders on your calendar, you can also write them down on sticky notes.

3. Get enough quality sleep:

You can’t choose not to sleep and not feel tired. Always give yourself time to rest properly.

4. Delegate duties: You don’t have to be the one doing all the work, if your kids are matured

enough give them duties to do, that way you don’t feel worked up.

5. Plan ahead:

Always plan ahead be it what to wear or meals, always have a plan.

Which of these would you be trying out?
